HousePRO can provide full home inspections for both buyers and seller, wind mitigation,4 point, roof certification, and pre-screen for Chinese drywall. We can also do partial inspections when requested. 3rd party termite (WDO) inspections are available with full home inspections only. We do business with number of realtors and insurance companies throughout the area.
All inspections reports are detailed with pictures showing all the discrepancies. Reports are up loaded to a secure website when completed within 24-48 hours and a username and password is E-mailed to our client for access to the site. Reports are available for review for up to 5 years.

Glenn L. Botts Bio
I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and I am an avid Steelers fan. My career started out with Rite Pharmacy as a Project Coordinator and was promoted to an Assistant Director of Facilities and then to Regional Director of Construction, which required relocating to Palm Bay, FL in 1987. I remained with Rite Aid until 1995 when they pulled out of the state of Florida. During my stay I was responsible for overseeing all construction and maintenance of over 250 stores in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. I am familiar with all phases of construction from the ground up, remodels, expansions, reductions, and aquisitions. In addition I was responsible for and office staff, which included Project Coordinators in the field, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Dispatchers, and Office Manager. Also I interfaced with the merchandise, legal, and real estate departments. When I left Rite Aid I was hired on with PetSmart as a Construction Manager working out of my home until my position was eliminated in 2009. I held much the same responsiblities as it relates to new store construction and remodels. At times I traveled as far North as Canada and West to the Mississippi River. In July 2009 I formed HousePRO Inspection Services which provides full home inspections.
