I grew up in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. I went to Palm Bay High School. In 1990 I moved to Sweden and spent the next 14 years of my life there. In Sweden I worked in the field of training and development, teaching "International Communication Skills". That included Cultural Differences, Influence and Persuasion, Rhetoric and Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills and running Effective Meetings. When I came back to Florida in 2004 my brother Jim and I joined David Gravas at Land O’ Lots Realty. David had started his business in 1966. It was an awesome education working with David. His over forty years of experience gave me a great start in the exciting world of selling real estate.
Since then my brother and I started Taranto Realty LLC. We opened a great new office at 2450 Minton Road Melbourne FL 32904. Today our office has 8 agents. Much of our focus right now is Short Sales.
For better or for worse, the market today is mainly made up of short sales. So we now have a streamlined system to help sellers complete their short sales and get approved by the bank. If you know anyone who is behind on their mortgage and cannot afford to continue to pay, have them call me. I might be able to help them do a short sale.
